Find your swimmer's cap color

Caps

Why every level has a color

A cap in the level's color lets a parent on the deck and an instructor in the water see which class is which at a glance. It is the one piece of gear we ask every swimmer to wear in a lesson.

Goggles, a swim shirt and a towel come from home, and swim shirts are welcome in every class.

  • One cap color per level

  • Hair tied back or tucked in the cap

  • Goggles if your swimmer likes them

Not sure which level?

A placement visit is a short time in the water with an instructor. We suggest a level, and you choose a class.
